If you are paying by Cheque, please check your email for payment instructions.
IMPORTANT : Your cheque has to reach us within a week,
if we do not receive your cheque within a week of your order,
your order will be void and you have to place your order again.
Please cross your cheque, quote your invoice number at the back of the cheque
and drop us an email at knockknock@luke11nine.com once you have mailed the cheque out so
we will look out for your cheque.

Exchange and Refund Policy

We genuinely value every order made by you, and each one of our products are
made with a lots of tender loving care. Hence we can assure you that we would always do
a series of meticulous screenings before sending out your orders.

|

Therefore we will only accept any request for exchange,
based on grounds that you did not receive what you originally ordered.
If such a scenario should occur largely to our regret,
please drop us a mail at oh_oh@luke11nine.com
within 3days from receiving the product.
Kindly leave us your invoice number, product details & reason for exchange,
and we would get back to you A.S.A.P with satisfactory amendments to the situation.
However if due to some unforeseen circumstances the item you originally ordered is no
longer available we would either gladly refund you the full sum within 2 weeks from
the delivery date or reimburse you in the form of vouchers, with additional value added.

Waiting List

Predominance of our products come in extremely limited quantities as we try our best
to ensure design exclusivity and maintain a high quality standard.
Thus if you see something you really WANT that is already “Sold Out”,
you could place an order on our “Waiting List” to make reservations for the next available replica.
Luke119 will notify you once we have the product specially made available for you.
However if you do not hear from us within a month, that means that despite all our efforts,
we were unable to reproduce or order that particular design.

For our products that are hand-made, every piece is either painted or
embellished individually by manual labour, therefore no 2 pieces of the same design
can ever be exactly identical.

Subtle variations are expected between each individual product,
but definitely maintaining the same allure. Please trust our discretion that the
products are akin to that in the original picture.

we would try our best to produce another design of the similar concept.
