Products Related  & General Maintenance

·        Will the Cotton apparels shrink much after washing?

Any 100% cotton Top you buy anywhere, will inevitably be subjected to a general shrinkage of 5% to 10% after the 1st wash. To minimize the shrinkage, we suggest you wash with cold water & preferably by Hand-wash.

·        What is the ideal method of washing apparels to maintain its pristine condition?

Hand-wash with cool tap water is the best method to clean your apparels. This would minimize the shrinkage of cotton & is more gentle on the designs, hence hey would retain their original luster & vibriance longer. We strongly discourage the use of dryers & tumble dry function, as it would potentially cause uneven shrinkage of cotton, warping of collars & damage to embellishments. It is also advisable to wash & hang-dry your garment inside out. Do not bleach any garment.

·        Do I have to color separate to wash?

Color separation is only necessary when stated on Care-Card.

·        How should I iron garments that are embellished & painted?

For parts of the garment that have designs on them, we advise you to iron inside out rather than on the designs itself. Use a medium heat setting, & iron lightly & quickly on the back of designs, as this would less likely cause damage. Parts free of designs may be iron out as per normal.

·        Will painted designs fade after wash? Will the paint run onto other clothing during washing?

Painted designs are no different from Printed designs in this aspect. All prints will fade gradually with the toil of time. Apart from that, they will not become dull & faded with normal washing. The paint is sealed onto the fabric & will not run onto other clothing.

·        Why does the actual product’s color looks different from on screen?

We put forth our best effort to photograph the products to be as clear & as similar to the actual article itself. However due to differences in individual computer screen settings & lighting, some slight color discrepancies may occur.

·        What currency are the stated prices quoted in?

All prices are quoted in Singapore dollar.

However if your are placing an order from outside Singapore, paying using PayPal, you would charged in either US dollar, Pounds or Euros.

·        Is the stated price the NET PRICE?

Yes. The quoted prices is inclusive of 5% GST (Good Service Tax)

 

Delivery

·        Can I have my order delivered to my workplace?

Yes. In fact we encourage that if it ensures you of receiving your order promptly.

·        Can I combine an order with a friend to be delivered together to a single address as 1 order?

Yes. However if the purchase was made separately as 2 orders, you have to leave us an email of notification each upon receiving our Order Confirmation email.

·        What if I miss the delivery?

A surcharge of $7 will be made to you & we’ll contact you again on when you wish to have it delivered again. Meanwhile the order will be returned to us for safekeeping.

·        What if I am ordering more than 4 items in a single purchase?

What will the delivery charges be?

Local Delivery:           A flat rate of S$12

International Delivery:           A handling charge of S$10 for orders of 4 to 7 items in a single purchase. & Please check zone chart for the rates to your country. For orders of more than 7 items, please email us at oh_oh@luke11nine.com to inquire about rates.

·        What if the country I require delivery to is not in the stated zones?

Simply drop us a mail at oh_oh!@luke11nine.com to inquire about available delivery services.

 

 

Refund or Exchange

·        If I change my mind after I have made order & payment, can I get a refund or exchange for another product?

No. We will only refund or provide exchange services under the circumstances that the wrong product has be delivered.

 

·        Will I get a refund or get to exchange, if the product becomes damaged during personal use or cleaning.

We have strong confidence in the quality & durability of our products. We provide specific Care-Cards for products that require special care or maintenance, if advised instructions have been followed, the product should not be damaged. Although we only provide exchange or refund due to the delivery of the wrong product, we would gladly review every case individually.
